Dark Chocolate w/Mat-Su Valley Potato Chips

What happens when you take the Mat-Su Valley’s famous potatoes, turn them into a perfectly salty and crunchy kettle chip, and then combine that with our signature 60% cacao? You’ll just have to try it to see (but it’s kinda magical). We use potato chips from the Alaska Chip Company.

Ingredients: Dark Chocolate (sugar, chocolate liquor processed with alkali, chocolate liquor, cocoa butter, butterfat [milk], soy lecithin and vanilla), Potato Chips (potatoes, peanut oil and/or safflower oil, salt), Salt.
